15. Federal Law, which changes the ORF Act

The National Council has decided:

Amendment of the ORF Act

The Federal Act on Austrian Broadcasting (ORF-Law, ORF-G), BGBl. No 379/1984, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2010 is amended as follows:

0a. In § 4b, paragraph 5 is given the name "(6)" ; the following paragraph 5 is inserted:

" (5) In any case, if private broadcasters do so, no broad area in Austrian media coverage will be available to a sports competition taking place in Austria or involving Austrian athletes or teams. The right to transfer, especially after the ORF has offered this private broadcaster in a timely, non-discriminatory and transparent manner, could have acquired at market terms and conditions and the ORF has the right to acquire these conditions to make it credible. This shall not apply to the sports competitions referred to in paragraph 4 (1) (1) to (5). "

0b. In § 4f (2) Z 15, the word shall be deleted after the word "Core Order" the word "and" .

0c. In § 4f paragraph 2 Z 23, second sentence, the word "are" by the word "is" and the phrase "First and Last Name" through the phrase "First name and surname or surname" replaced.

0d. In Section 7 (1), the phrase "§ 11" in each case by the word sequence "§ § 11 and 12" replaced.

0e. In § 9 para. 3, the reference "§ 14 para. 1, 2, 5 second and third sentence" by reference "§ 14 para. 1, 2, 5 fourth and fifth sentence" replaced.

0f. In § 9 (4) and (5), the name shall be replaced by the name "(4)" .

0g. In § 9a (1), the penultimate sentence is deleted.

0h. In § 12, the word "Skin Panel" by the word "Main Part" replaced.

0i. In § 18 (1), after the word "Event" the phrase "from Teletext" inserted.

1. In § 20 sec. 3 Z 6, § 26 para. 2 Z 4 and § 28 para. 2 Z 5 the word "Members of Parliament's Labour Law" by the words "Members of Parliament's Labour and Parliamentary Labour Law" replaced.

1a. In § 21 (1) (6b) the word order shall be "to the" through the phrase "decision-making on the" replaced.

1b. In § 21 (1) Z 6c the word order "to the" through the phrase "decision-making on the" and the word "Plans" by the word "Plans" replaced.

1c. In § 21 (1) Z 13, the word order shall be " 7 and 8 " through the phrase " 8 and 9 " replaced.

1d. In Section 30k (5), the phrase "Representatives or representatives" through the phrase "Representatives or representatives" replaced.

1e. In § 32 (8), the abbreviation "BMVSG" by the abbreviation "BMSVG" replaced.

1f. In § 49 (4), the abbreviation "BMVG" by the abbreviation "BMSVG" replaced.

(2) In § 49, the following paragraph 11 is added:

" (11) § 20 para. 3, § 26 para. 2 and § 28 para. 2 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 15/2012 will enter into force on 1 February 2012. "
