86. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection to determine the availability of the technical means for the collection of construction site reports (Construction site database regulation)

On the basis of § 40 (17) of the Construction Workers ' Holiday and Abortion Act, BGBl. No 414/1972, Section 97 (8) of the German Employees ' Protection Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 450/1994, Section 11 (5) of the Construction Workers ' Coordination Act, BGBl. I n ° 37/1999, Section 25 (6) of the Labour Inspectorate Act 1993, BGBl. No 27/1993, and section 26 (6) of the Transport Labour Inspectorate Act, all last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 51/2011, shall be assigned:

As of 1 April 2012, the appropriate technical means (construction site database) are available for the collection of the advance notice in accordance with § 6 of the Construction Workers 'Coordination Act and the notifications pursuant to § 97 (1), 6 and 7 of the Employees' Protection Act.
