Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the implementation of an automation-support data traffic with the public universities via their data network
In accordance with Section 46a (4) of the Family Law Balancing Act 1967, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, is arranged in agreement with the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth after consultation of the Federal Ministry of Science and Research:
§ 1. Requests pursuant to Section 46a (2) (4) of the Family Law Compensatory Act 1967 for the examination of the eligibility criteria for the granting of aid under the 1967 Family Tax Equalization Act are to be submitted by the tax authorities by means of a data management system. directly to the data network of the public universities.
§ 2. In addition to requests pursuant to § 1, periodic programmatic checks on eligibility conditions shall be carried out within the framework of the exchange of data. Such requests pursuant to Section 46a (2) (4) of the Family Law Balancing Act 1967 to the data network of the public universities and their feedback must be carried out by means of data management.
§ 3. Queries in accordance with § 1 and § 2 of this Regulation shall be made in accordance with the technical requirements as of publication.
