100. Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior on the consideration of the ordinary civil service in basic training for the Executive Service

On the basis of Section 6b (5) of the Civil Service Act 1986, BGBl. No 679/1986 (WV), as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

Invoice

§ 1. The fully-paid civil service is the basic training for the Executive Service of the Federal Ministry of the Interior on the basic training for the Executive Service (Basic Training Regulation-Executive Service). of BMI), BGBl. II No 430/2006, to the extent of 160 teaching units.

Military training

§ 2. In addition to the teaching units according to § 1, a module "military basic training" is to be completed within the framework of the basic police training.
