63rd Chancellor's presentation concerning amendments to the Customs Convention on International Transport of Goods by Carnet TIR (TIR Agreement) and its annexes, as well as the insertion of a new Article 42ter and an Annex 10

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

According to Annex 8 of the TIR Agreement (BGBl. No 112/1978 idF BGBl. III No 147/2006, as last amended by BGBl. No 2/2008), the Management Committee has adopted the following amendments to the TIR Agreement and its annexes, as well as the insertion of a new Article 42ter and Annex 10:
