113. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology with regard to the State Bracelets and Arms of the Republic of Bulgaria

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, is made known that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to the State Bracelets and Coats of Arms of the Republic of Bulgaria, which are in the Trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to be viewed.
