114. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology with regard to the flag and arms of Georgia

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to the flag and arms of Georgia, which are used in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for everyone to look up for insight.
