115. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology with regard to the state emblems of the Principality of Monaco

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to the state emblems of the Principality of Monaco, which are in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for everyone to be in sight.
