116. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology with regard to the flag and arms of the Republic of Montenegro

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to the flag and coat of arms of the Republic of Montenegro, which shall be applied in the Trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to be viewed.
