117. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the names, the abbreviations and the emblems of the Global Water Partnership Organization

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the names, abbreviations and emblems of the Global Water Partnership Organization, which are published in the Trademark Register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.

Bures
