119. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on the name, abbreviation and emblems of the European Forest Institute

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the name, abbreviation and emblems of the European Waldin Institute, which are registered in the Austrian Patent Office's trade mark register For all persons to inspect, are excluded from registration under the trademark protection law.
