124. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the aliquot of administrative and financial expenses as well as the aliquot expenses for the balancing energy of the eco-current winding station for the year 2012 are determined (Aliquoting Regulation 2012)
On the basis of § 21a of the Austrian Ecoelectricity Act (ÖSG), BGBl. No 149/2002, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2009, shall be ordered:
§ 1. The aliquots of administrative and financial expenses (§ 21 Z 2 ÖSG) for green power plants according to § 10 Z 4 ÖSG, which are to be taken into account in the determination of the contractible feed-in tariff volume for the calendar year 2012, are 0.095 Cent/kWh.
§ 2. The aliquots expenses for balancing energy (§ 21 Z 3 ÖSG) for green power plants according to § 10 Z 4 ÖSG, which are to be taken into account in the determination of the countervailable feed-in tariff volume for the calendar year 2012

§ 3. The aliquots expenses for the country technology capital (§ 22b paragraph 6 ÖSG) for green power plants according to § 10 Z 4 ÖSG, which are to be taken into account in the determination of the contractible feed-in tariff volume for the calendar year 2012 are 0.159 cent/kWh.
§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2012 in force.
