On the basis of § 2, § 4 (5) and § 8 (4) of the Federal Act on measures to prevent ozone pollution and to inform the population about high ozone pollution, with which the Smogalarm Law, BGBl. No. 38/1989, amended (Ozone Act), BGBl. N ° 210/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 34/2003 and the Federal Ministries Act of 2009, BGBl. I No 3/2009, shall be ordered:
