129. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Animal Disease Investigation Obligation-Regulation

On the basis of Section 13 (2) of the Animal Health Act (TSG), RGBl. No 177/1909, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2008 and BGBl. I n ° 3/2009, and Section 53 (7) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (LMSVG), BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 95/2010, shall be arranged:

The Animal Diseases Obligation-Regulation, BGBl. II No 90/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 3 reads:

" § 3. In the case of bovine animals in Austria or in one of the Annex , a test for the presence of BSE from an age of 72 months is to be carried out. Other bovine animals must be tested for the presence of BSE from an age of 30 months. In the case of sheep and goats in accordance with § 2 para. 1 Z 2, a test shall be carried out on the presence of scrapie. One-huts are to be investigated on Rotz. "
