By way of derogation from the provisions of Annexes A and B of the ADR, the transport of UN 1013 CARBON DIOXIDE or UN 1066 NITROGEN, COMPRESSED in bottles, the product of which shall be more than 15 MPalitres (150 barlitres) of test pressure and capacity. is not more than 15.2 MPa-litre (152 barlitres), not the other provisions of the ADR, provided that the provisions of section 3.3.1, special rule 653 ADR for UN 1013 CARBON dioxide or UN 1066 NITROGEN, COMPRESSED in bottles, the Product of test pressure and capacity not more than 15 MPalitres (150 barlitres) and the provisions the following paragraph (2) shall be complied with: |

In addition to the required information, the sender must note in the transport document or in a goods accompanying document: |

"Transport agreed in accordance with section 1.5.1 ADR (M244)".

This Agreement shall apply until 31 December 2012 in respect of transport operations in the territories of the ADR Contracting States which have signed this Agreement. If, before that date, it is revoked by one of the Signatories, it shall be valid until that date only for promotions in the territories of those ADR Contracting States which have signed this Agreement and have not withdrawn it. |

By derogation from the provisions of Annexes A and B of ADR, the carriage of UN 1013 Carbon dioxide or UN 1066 Nitrogen in cylinders having a test pressure capacity product of more than 15 MPalitre (150 barlitre) and not more than 15.2 MPalitre (152) barlitre) is not subject to ADR if the conditions specified in section 3.3.1, special provision 653 of ADR for UN 1013 Carbon dioxide or UN 1066 Nitrogen in cylinders having a test pressure capacity product of maximum 15 MPalitre (150 barlitre) and the provisions of paragraph (2) below are met: |

The consignor shall enter in the transport document or any other document accompanying the consignment "Carriage agreed under the terms of section 1.5.1 of ADR (M244)". |

This Agreement shall be valid until 31 December 2012 for the carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement. If it is revoked before that date by one of the signatories, it shall remain valid until the above mentioned date only for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement which have not revoked it. |
