148. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Regulation on recommended vaccinations 2006

According to § 1b para. 2 of the Vaccine Bill Act, BGBl. No. 371/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 4/2010, shall be arranged:

The Federal Minister for Health and Women's Regulation on recommended vaccinations 2006, BGBl. II No 526/2006, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 341/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the previous Z 6 to 12 are given the names "7." to "13." ; the following Z 6 shall be inserted:

§ 3a reads as follows:

" § 3a. A vaccination within the meaning of Section 1b (2) of the Vaccine Bill Act is a vaccination against influenza, provided that this is done with a vaccine approved in Austria and if and as long as the World Health Organisation (WHO) is an influenza pandemic declared. "

3. § 5 reads:

" § 5. § 1 Z 6 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 148/2012 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2012 in force. "
