45. Federal Law, which approves the rationale of preloading by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology

The National Council has decided:

§ 1. (1) The Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology is authorized, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance,

in the case of the preliminary proposal, 1/41148 pre-loading of the financial years 2013 to 2017 in the amount of up to EUR 32.883bn, of which 26.672 billion euro on annuities induced by investments up to 2017 and 6.211 billion euro other subsidies in the grant contracts according to § 42 of the Federal Railways Act, which do not constitute an annuity, are not required,

2.

in the case of the preliminary approach 1/41158, additional charges for financial years 2013 to 2020 in the amount of up to EUR 0.493 billion to be justified.

§ 2. The Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology is responsible for the implementation of this federal law in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance.

§ 3. With the entry into force of this Federal Act,

the Federal Act, which authorises the creation of further charges by the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, BGBl. I No 106/2007 Article 1, in the version of Article 7 of the Economic Recovery Act, BGBl. I No 137/2008,

2.

the Federal Act, which authorises the creation of further charges by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, BGBl. I No 52/2009 Article 59, and

3.

Article 154 § 1 (1) of the Budgetbegleitgesetz BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, which authorises the creation of further charges by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, except for the strength.
