170. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Science and Research on the use of redeeming gifts of divested honorary gifts (Ehrengeschenke Regulation)

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 333/1979, and Section 5 of the Act of Law of the Treaty of 1948 (VBG), BGBl. No. 86/1948, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1.
