General provisions

Scope

§ 1. This Regulation shall apply to public and public-sector higher education institutions (including special forms, other than the special forms for working schools), and to the implementation of the implementation of the Regulation the tyre test.

§ 2. (2) The preliminary examination shall consist of oral, practical or oral and practical tests.

(3) The main examination shall consist of:

of a pre-scientific work (including its presentation and discussion),

2.

a examination of the examination, consisting of written examination and, if necessary, oral compensations, and

3.

an oral examination, consisting of oral examinations.

After the election of the candidate for examination, three examination papers and three oral examinations or four examination papers and two oral examination examinations are to be taken.

(4) Additional exams pursuant to § 41 of the German School Teaching Act (SchUG) are subject to the provisions of the 3. To apply a section on the examination of the examination and the oral examination.

(5) In the choice of subjects and examination areas, the principal or principal of the school shall ensure that at least either:

§ 3. (1) The pre-scientific work includes a thematic position corresponding to the educational goal of the higher education institution. (2) If, in all school grades, the upper level was a language other than the German language, or in addition to the language of instruction, the maturity examination-except in the language examination areas and in the examination area "Mathematics"-is (standardized)-in this language instead of the German language or language. in both teaching languages at approximately the same level. In these cases, the tasks in both languages shall be drawn up. (3) At the request of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination, the examination of the maturity test in individual examination areas is omitted if they have been successfully completed within the framework of the professional qualification test and if the school manager or the The head of the school determines the equivalence of the test.

Pre-Review

Examination dates of the preliminary examination

§ 4. (2) At the Werkschulheim Felbertal, the preliminary examination at the first time

§ 5. (1) The pre-examination comprises at the Realgymnasium with special consideration of the athletic training and at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with special consideration of the athletic training depending on the school established at the relevant school. (2) The pre-examination comprises the following examination areas at the Werkschulheim Felbertal, depending on the training of the craft:

Conduct of the preliminary examination

§ 6. (1) The head of the school or the principal shall take the necessary steps to ensure that the preliminary examination is carried out properly. A test protocol shall be carried out over the course of the preliminary examination.

(2) At the Realgymnasium (Realgymnasium) with special consideration of the athletic training and at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with special consideration of the athletic training, the examination candidates have before the latest two weeks before the examination to indicate which range of movement they have chosen for the examination areas in accordance with Section 5 (1).

§ 7. The pre-scientific work consists of a written work to be prepared on a pre-scientific level on a topic in accordance with § 3, including its presentation and discussion.

Topic-setting, content and scope of pre-scientific work

§ 8. (1) In agreement between the supervisor of the pre-scientific work and the candidate for examination, or the candidate for examination, the topic of the topic has to be made in the first semester of the penultimate school level. In principle, a teacher or teacher has up to three, but at most five, pre-scientific work per tire test year, and only supervise such preliminary work in respect of which he or she is responsible for the necessary work. professional or non-professional (informal) competence and professional competence. It should be noted that in addition to extensive specialist knowledge, pre-scientific working methods are to be demonstrated. Both the written work as well as the presentation and discussion should give an opportunity, in addition to clear definition at a high level, differentiated expressivity, extensive knowledge, methodology, independence as well as communication- and discourtesy.

(2) The defined subject as well as the expected horizon agreed in the course of the topic finding is to be submitted to the school authority of first instance by the end of March of the penultimate school level in the service path for approval. (3) In the event of a negative assessment of the examination area "pre-scientific work" by the Examination Commission, a new thematic position within the meaning of paragraph 1 shall be established within two weeks after a negative assessment. The School Authority of the first instance has to agree to the subject within two weeks or to require the submission of a new topic in the form of a grace period.

(4) The written work has a volume of around 40 000 to 60 000 characters, including spaces, exclusive foreword, list of contents, literature and abbreviations, to be included. In agreement with the supervisor, she may also be drawn up in a foreign language that is attended by the candidate for examination or by the candidate for examination.

(5) Within the scope of the written work, an abstract is to be created in the scope of approximately 1 000 to 1 500 characters, including spaces, in which the subject, the question, the problem formulation and the essential results are to be presented conclusively. . The abstract is to be written in German or English.

(6) The written work was written in a living foreign language (par. 4 last sentence), the presentation and discussion may be held at the request of the candidate for examination or the examination candidate and with the agreement of all the members of the Commission in this foreign language.

Implementation of the pre-scientific work

§ 9. (1) The written work is to be processed and completed as a self-employed work outside of the teaching period, with the participation of the results of the teaching. § 10. The first submission of the written work must be made by the end of the first week of the second semester of the last school stage, both in digital and in two-printed form. Examination area according to a (school autonomous) subject (standardized in the foreign languages mentioned in Z 2), provided that it has been conducted in the upper level with at least ten full week hours and in the curriculum, at least in the last two levels of school work.

(3) The selection of the examination areas in accordance with Section 1 (2) and (2) and their announcement by the candidate for examination or the candidate's candidate has up to 15. Jänner of the last school level to be made.

Tasks of the standardized examination areas

§ 13. Tasks of non-standardised examination areas

§ 14. (1) For the non-standard examination areas of the examination examination, the examiners shall draw up a task which shall contain at least two independent tasks and shall be the first instance of the school board as a Submit a proposal by service. Only such aids or aids which have been used in the classroom and which do not constitute an impairment of their independence in the performance of the tasks may be used. (3) In the event of a lack of suitability of the proposed task or of the aids or aids provided, the school authority of the first instance has to obtain the submission of a new proposal or a supplement to the proposal. § 15. (3) The use of an (electronic) dictionary is permitted. The use of lexica or electronic information media is not permitted.

§ 16. (1) In the course of the written examination in the examination areas "Living foreign language (eight years)", "Living foreign language (six years)", "Living foreign language (four years)" and "Living foreign language (three years)", the examination candidates are Candidates must submit a task in writing with four independent tasks in the relevant language, whereby listening texts are to be played twice. Contents and scope of the written examination in the examination areas "Latin" and "Greek"

§ 17. (1) In the course of the written examination in the examination areas "Latin" and "Greek", the examination candidates are to be assigned a task with two independent tasks, which can be divided into partial tasks, in writing. One of the two tasks has the competence area "Translation" and the other has to deal with the competence area "Interpretation". (3) The use of an (electronic) dictionary is permitted. The use of lexica or electronic information media is not permitted.

Content and scope of the written examination in the "Mathematics" examination area

§ 18. (1) In the course of the written examination in the examination area "Mathematics", the examination candidates must submit a task in writing with two independent tasks. § 19. Conduct of the oral examination

§ 30. (1) In the non-teaching period prior to the oral examination, working groups may be set up to prepare for the oral examination. (4) In order to prepare for each oral examination, a reasonable period of at least 20 minutes with regard to the examination area and the task, in the examination areas "Living foreign language (eight years)", "Living foreign language" (6 years) "," Living foreign language (four years) "," Living foreign language (three years) "and" Electoral subject matter living foreign language ", however, must be given at least 15 minutes. Transitional provisions

§ 34. (1) The Regulation on tyre testing in the higher education institutions of general education, BGBl. No 432/1990, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 211/2008, shall continue to apply to tyre tests up to the date of effect of this Regulation in accordance with Article 35 (1) and to the repetition of such maturity checks even beyond the date of this effective date.
