General terms and conditions

Scope

§ 1. This regulation applies to equipped with public law and public general-education secondary schools (including special types, except the schools listed as special forms for people under employment) and regulates the conduct of the matriculation examination.

Forms and scope of the examination

2. (4) on additional tests pursuant to section 41 of the education law (SAL), the provisions of 3 are to apply section of the exam examination and the oral examination.

Test areas

3. (1) includes the pre-scientific work a theme corresponding to the educational goal of the secondary high school. (3) passing the matriculation examination in individual examination areas is eliminated at the request of the Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates if these have been successfully completed within the framework of Berufsreifeprüfung and the principal or the principal determines the equivalence of the test.

(4) in the case of impaired by a physical or sensory disability that is likely to affect the test result, in the organizational process and in the implementation of the matriculation examination precautions by the Chairman or the Chairman to set, providing a possible barrier-free passing of the examination by the relevant Prüfungskandidatin or the respective candidates without changing the level of requirement. 4. 5. (1) the preliminary examination includes at the Realgymnasium in particular the sports training and at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with particular reference to the athletic training according to the scheduled teaching movement areas addressed to the concerned school four practical tests in the testing area "Movement and sport, movement areas..." (with the addition of the indicative in the selected areas of the movement).

(2) the preliminary examination includes the factory dormitory Felber Valley per examination areas after training in crafts: 1 "Mechanical engineering" a craft training) a practical exam in the testing area "Workshop and production technology" and b) an oral examination in the testing area "Expertise" and c) a practical test and an oral test in the testing area "Design theory" part and d) an oral examination in the testing area "Economics", 2. "Mechatronics" a craft training) a practical exam in the testing area "Workshop and production technology" and b) an oral examination in the testing area "Expertise" and c) a practical Examination and an oral examination of part in the testing area "Workshop Lab") and (d) an oral examination in the testing area "Economics", 3. "Manufacturing engineering" a craft training) a practical test in the testing area "Workshop and production technology" and b) an oral exam in the testing area "Vocational skills (Tools, materials and style customer)" and c) a practical test and an oral test in the testing area "technical drawing and design theory" part and d) an oral examination in the testing area "Business administration".

Implementation of the preliminary examination

Section 6 (1) has the principal or the principal to make the arrangements necessary for the proper execution of the preliminary examination. Over the course of the preliminary examination is a test protocol.

Pre-scientific work

Testing area

§ 7. The pre-scientific work consists of a written work on a subject in accordance with § 3, including their presentation and discussion to be created at vorwissenschaftlichem level.

Topic definition, content and amount of pseudo-scientific work

Section 8 (1) has the theme definition to be made in agreement between the candidates, the supervisor or the maintainer of pseudo-scientific work and the Prüfungskandidatin in the first half of last year. A teacher or a teacher has to take care of basically up to three, but no more than five pre-scientific work per examination of vintage and only such pre-scientific works, for which he or she has the necessary professional or external (informal) material and expertise. When the topic is to note that in addition to extensive expertise also pre-scientific methods should be demonstrated. It requires that allow different sources of information under proper use as well as the use of new media and appropriate target-oriented learning and working techniques insights into the subject area. Related issues should be recorded automatically with appropriate methods and questions makes sense on the basis of logical thinking and critical problematized. Both the written work, as well as the presentation and discussion will give an opportunity to establish differentiated articulateness, extensive knowledge, methodology, independence as well as communication and discourse ability in addition to clearer term education at a high level.

(2) the designated theme as well as the horizon of expectations agreed in the course of determining theme is to present the School Board of first instance by end of March the penultimate grade in the service road to the consent. (3) in the case of the negative assessment of the testing area "pre-scientific work" by the Audit Commission, a new topic in the sense of paragraph 1 is to set two weeks after negative assessment. The School Board of first instance has to agree to the topic two weeks or to request the submission of a new topic under a grace.

(4) the written work has a circumference of approximately 40 000 to 60 000 characters, including spaces, to include exclusive preface, content, literature, and list of abbreviations. She can be drafted in consultation with the supervisor or the supervisor also in a foreign language by the Prüfungskandidatin or by the candidates living visited.

Implementation of the pseudo-scientific work

§ 9 (1) is the written work as independent work outside of class time to edit and produce, where results of teaching may be involved. In the last grade, a continuity of care has to be, who is under observation of the work progress. The support includes the areas of construction work, work methodology, organization, schedule, structure and priorities of work, organizational matters, as well as the requirements in terms of on the presentation and discussion, where the independence of the services must not be adversely affected.

Examination dates of the pseudo-scientific work

§ 10. The initial delivery of the written work has to be carried out until the end of the first week of the second semester of the last grade in digital as well as double printed. The periods for the submission of written work in the event of repetition of the pseudo-scientific work are the first week of classes, the first five school days in December and the first week of the second semester.

§ 11. The examination dates for the standardized test areas (retreat work and oral exams for compensation) are separately prescribed pursuant to section 36, paragraph 4 Nos. 2 and 3 of the Education Act.

Test areas of the exam testing

§ 12 (1) covers the exam testing, subject to the special provisions of the 4th section, with three exam papers per a written exam work from the following test areas: 1 "German" (standardized), 2nd choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates, unless in the attended high school with at least ten hours per week (standardised in the languages English, French, Italian and Spanish): a) "Modern foreign language (achtjährig)" or b) "Modern foreign language (sechsjährig)" or c) "Living foreign language (nearly)" or d) "Modern foreign language (dreijährig)" and 3 "Mathematics" (standardized).

(2) the exam review includes four exam work besides the fields of verification referred to in paragraph 1 a further written exam work choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates from the following test areas: 1. test area referred to in paragraph 1 Z 2, if still not elected, 2. "Latin" (standardized), 3.

"Greek" (standardized), 4 "descriptive geometry", 5 "Physics" (in high school and at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium, if teaching scheduled homework are provided), 6 "Biology and environmental studies" (at the Realgymnasium at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium, if teaching scheduled homework are provided) and 7 "music customer", only selectable on Realgymnasium Oberstufenrealgymnasium with special consideration of musical education for students of music, 8 "music education", only available at the high school, secondary school and Oberstufenrealgymnasium in particular musical training , 9 "Art education", only selectable on the gymnasium and Realgymnasium Oberstufenrealgymnasium with particular reference to the musical education, 10 "sports", only selectable at the Realgymnasium in particular the sports training and at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with particular reference to the athletic training, 11 inspection area according to a visited (autonomous school) teaching subject (standardized in the languages referred to in no. 2), provided that it has been running in high school with at least ten total hours per week and schoolwork are provided in the curriculum at least in the last two levels.

(3) that para 1 subpara 2 and para. 2, as well as its announcement by the Prüfungskandidatin or the candidate selection of test areas according to until 15 January the last grade must be made.

(4) in the case of the negative assessment dissertation of examination, exam testing includes also the oral compensation examination requested by the Prüfungskandidatin or by the candidates in the examination area.

Tasks of the standardized testing areas

The tasks for standardized testing areas as well as the corresponding correction and assessment instructions are § 13 (1) electronically transmit to one or more designated to the principal or the principal person or persons or physically to pass. Content and amount of examination work in the test areas "Living foreign language (achtjährig)", "Modern foreign language (sechsjährig)", modern foreign language (nearly) "and"Foreign language (dreijährig)""

Section 16 (1) in the exam work in the test areas of "Foreign language (achtjährig)", "Modern foreign language (sechsjährig)", "Modern foreign language (nearly)" and "Foreign language (dreijährig)" in writing to submit a task with four independent task panes in the language concerned the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates, being listening texts to play twice. (3) in accordance with the scheduled teaching requirements have in checking areas "Foreign language (sechsjährig)", "Modern foreign language (nearly)" and "Foreign language (dreijährig)" the amount of work the remit of "Literacy" about 400 words (in the not standardized languages "Croatian", "Slovene", "Hungarian" and "Russian" about 350 words) and have to be the working time 270 minutes, taking into account for 60 minutes on the task pane "Reading comprehension", 40 minutes on the task pane "Listening comprehension", 45 minutes to the "Use of language in the context of" task pane and 125 minutes on the task pane "Literacy".

(4) in the standard language, the use of tools is not allowed. In non-standardised languages, it is permitted to use a dictionary (electronic), the use of dictionaries or electronic information media is prohibited.

Content and amount of examination work in the test areas "Latin" and "Greek"


Section 17 (1) within the exam work in the test areas "Latin" and "Greek" is a task with two independent tasks, which can be divided into subtasks, to present in writing the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates. One of the two tasks has the competence area of "Translation", the other to affect the area of competence of "Interpretation". The competence area of "Translation" has to include a translation from a Latin or Greek original text (production of the equivalent in content, meaning and function text, which takes into account the text norms of the target language). Content and scope of examination work in the testing area "Mathematics"

Section 18 (1) in the work the exam in the testing area "Mathematics" is to submit in writing a task with two independent task panes the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates. Section 21 (1) within the framework of the examination work in the testing area "Biology and environmental studies" is the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates a task with three or four independent tasks, which can be divided into subtasks, to present in writing from different subject areas and plot dimensions. Tasks with practical or experimental components have to include fictional measurement results, which allow a solution of the theoretical part of the task even with incorrect or unresolved practical or experimental part task.

(2) the working time has to be 270 minutes.

Content and amount of examination work in the test areas "Music education" and "Music customer"

Section 22 (1) within the exam work in the test areas "Music education" and "Music customer" is the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates a task with four items from areas of competence "Music theory", "Morphology", to present in writing "History of music" and "Ear training". If it is necessary for the tasks, a keyboard/piano with headphones, a recording with playback and headphones or computer with notation and sound processing programs can be used.

(2) the working time has to be 300 minutes.

Content and scope of examination work in the testing area "Art education"

Section 23 (1) in the work the exam in the testing area "Art education" is to submit a task with a practical and a theoretical task in writing the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates.

Content and scope of the examination work in the testing field "sport"

Section 24 (1) within the framework of the examination work in the testing field "sport" is the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates a task with three different tasks that can be divided into subtasks, to present in writing.

(2) or for the Federal and federal school gymnasium for Slovenes competent professional inspector or competent professional inspector is considered competent national school inspector or competent national school inspector. Transitional provisions

Entry into force, expiry

35.
