The regulation of the Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs on the final exams in the vocational middle and higher schools (examination regulations BMHS), BGBl. II No 70/2000, as last amended by BGBl. II No 58/2008, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 reads:
" § 1. (1) This Regulation shall apply to those in the School Organizational Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, regulated public and public-sector law

The Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs (Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs) Regulation on the final exams at the Educational Institute for Children's Horticultural Education and the Educational Institute for Social Pedagogy (examination regulations for educational institutions), BGBl. II No 58/2000, as last amended by BGBl. II No 172/2009, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 reads:
" § 1. This Regulation shall apply to those in the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, regulated public and public-law colleges and the special forms of educational institutions for kindergarten education as well as educational institutions for social pedagogy, colleges and schools, Courses. "
2. § 28 is added in accordance with section 4 of the following paragraph 5:
" (5) § 1 of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 176/2012 will enter into force on 1 September 2012. "
