186. Regulation amending the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth concerning the rules on the rules applicable to petrol station operators on the date of the award of fuel prices for petrol stations
On the basis of § § 3 (1), (5) and (14) of the German Pricing Law, BGBl. N ° 146/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 100/2011, and section 69 (2) of the 1994 Commercial Code, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:
The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth concerning the standard rules for petrol station operators on the timing of the pricing of fuel at petrol stations, BGBl. II No 484/2010, shall be amended as follows:
The previous text of § 1 shall be replaced by the sales designation "(1)" . In paragraph 1, after the word order, "Price increase is" the phrase ", unless otherwise specified in paragraph 2," inserted. The following paragraph 2 is added:
