208. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the Betrauung of a register office for the technical implementation of the register for emissions trading and the management of the national register (Registration Ordinance 2012)

On the basis of § 43 (1) of the Emissions Trading Act 2011 (ECG 2011), BGBl. I n ° 118/2011, and Section 47 of the Environmental Promotion Act (UFG), BGBl. No. 185/1993 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The Umweltbundesamt GmbH will be responsible for the technical implementation of the register in accordance with § 43 of the emissions certificate act 2011, BGBl. I n ° 118/2011, and the management of the national register in accordance with § 47 of the Environmental Promotion Act, BGBl. No. 185/1993 idF of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force; at the same time, the register office ordinance, BGBl. II No 308/2004, except for force.
