212. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the designation of Vorarlberg's transmission network GmbH to the transmission system operator

According to § 34 (8) of the Electricity Economic and Organization Act 2010 (ElWOG 2010), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 110/2010, shall be made known:

The "Energie-Control Austria for the regulation of the electricity and natural gas industry (E-Control)" has been informed with a communication of 1 June 2012, Zl. V ZER 02/11, noted that the Vorarlberg transmission network GmbH fulfils the requirements of § 24 ElWOG 2010 and is thus certified as an owner-legally unregistered transmission system operator pursuant to § 34 paragraph 1 Z 1 ElWOG 2010.

In accordance with Section 34 (8) of the ElWOG 2010, Vorarlberg's transmission network GmbH is thus designated as a transmission system operator.
