Regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection, with the Ordinance, proof of professional knowledge for the preparation and organization of work (stage-FK-V), the regulation for the evidence stage and lighting skills (specialist knowledge proof regulation FK-V), the regulation on the rules of procedure of the labour protection Council, the regulation on the protection of employees in the area of tracks (railway ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzverordnung - EisbAV), the regulation on the protection of workers in the shipping industry (shipping ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzverordnung - SchiffAV) and the regulation on shipping lines and other equipment and work be changed to waterways (navigation Ordinance)

Article 1

Amendment of the regulation about the proof of professional knowledge for the preparation and organisation of working stage and lighting (stage-FK-V)

On reason of section 62, paragraph 4 and article 72, paragraph 1 No. 1 of the ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetzes (after), Federal Law Gazette No. 450/1995, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 50/2012, will and the regulation for the evidence of the expertise for the preparation and organization of work (stage-FK-V), stage and lighting BGBl. II no 403/2003, as last amended by regulation BGBl. II Nr. 13 / 2007 , amended as follows:

1 in § 6 paragraph 7 the phrase eliminates "is subject to the educational institution or their Betreiber/in the supervision of transport Labour Inspectorate, at the Federal Ministry of transport, innovation and technology", as well as before and after the comma.

2 the following paragraph 7 is added to in article 10:

"(7) section 6 paragraph 7 as amended by Federal Law Gazette II No. 215/2012 comes into effect with July 1, 2012."

Article 2

Modification of the Ordinance on the proof of professional knowledge (proof of professional knowledge regulation FK-V)

On reason of section 62, paragraph 4 and article 72, paragraph 1 Z 1 of ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetzes (after), Federal Law Gazette No 450/1995, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 50/2012 is the specialist knowledge proof regulation FK-V, Federal Law Gazette II No. 13/2007, amended as follows:

1. in the section 12, paragraph 7, article 13, paragraph 1, and article 14, paragraph 1 the phrase eliminates "is subject to the educational institution or their Betreiber/in the supervision of transport Labour Inspectorate, at the Federal Ministry of transport, innovation and technology", as well as before, and each then the comma.

2 12 the following paragraph is added to in article 16:

"(12) § 12 section 7, article 13, paragraph 1 and article 14 para 1 as amended by Federal Law Gazette II No. 215/2012 with 1 July 2012 into force."

Article 3

Amendment of the regulation on the rules of procedure of the worker protection Advisory Board

On reason of section 91 and article 101, paragraph 1 No. 1 of the ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetzes (after), Federal Law Gazette No. 450/1995, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 50/2012 is the regulation on the rules of procedure of the worker protection board, Federal Law Gazette No. 30/1995, amended as follows:

1 § 4 para 1 No. 2 is omitted.

2. in paragraph 6, is the previous text paragraph labeled (1) and the following paragraph 2 is added:

"(2) section 4 para 1 as amended by Federal Law Gazette II No. 215/2012 comes into effect with July 1, 2012."

Article 4

Amendment of the regulation on the protection of employees in the area of tracks (railway ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzverordnung - EisbAV)

To bottom of article 3, § 7, § 21, § 24, § 60, § 61 and section 131, paragraph 9 last set of ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetzes (after), Federal Law Gazette No. 450/1994, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 50/2012, is the railway ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzverordnung - EisbAV, Federal Law Gazette II No. 384/1999, as last amended by the regulation BGBl. II No 156/2011, amended as follows:

1. paragraph 1 section 1:

"(1) this Regulation applies to workplaces, foreign jobs and construction sites of railway undertakings in the meaning of the Railway Act 1957, BGBl. No. 60, in the range of tracks of the main and branch lines, trams and sidings in accordance with § 1 of the Railway Act."

2. paragraph 1 para 3:

"(3) for construction of railway undertakings in the meaning of the Railway Act in the area of tracks of the main and branch lines, trams and sidings in accordance with § 1 of the Railway Act shall apply the provisions of the construction worker protection Ordinance, BGBl. No. 340/1994, and the provisions of the 3rd section of this regulation, as far as the section 4 of this regulation provides for no deviation."

3 in section 1 para 2, para 4, paragraph 5 and paragraph 7, the phrase including the comma is omitted "Factories listed for under para 1 and activities"

The following paragraph 6 is added to § 4. 53:

"(6) article 1, paragraph 1 to 5 and paragraph 7 as amended by Federal Law Gazette II No. 215/2012 1 July 2012 into force."

Article 5

Amendment of the regulation on the protection of workers in the shipping industry (shipping ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzverordnung - SchiffAV)

On reason of § 32 para 2, § 39, paragraph 3, paragraphs 60 to 63, and section 131, paragraph 9 last set of ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetzes (after), Federal Law Gazette No. 450/1995, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 50/2012, will SchiffAV the navigation ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzverordnung -, Federal Law Gazette II No. 260/2009, like this changed:

"Section 4

Shipping systems

Scope

46. (1) this section applies to all activities performed in the area of marine plants or floating equipment in connection with the ship handling or operation, maintenance or repair of vehicles or floats.

(2) the construction of vehicles or floats in a shipyard operation remains unaffected.

Backup jobs and access

47. (1) jobs on land, as well as access to jobs ashore or on board, which are regularly used by workers must, taking into consideration to the activities to be carried out must and operations are designed, furnished and kept in State.

(2) jobs on land and floating facilities as well as roads and access to jobs from the nearest public road here must be adequately lit.

Access to vehicles

Article 6

Amendment of the regulation concerning navigation systems as well as other equipment and work on waterways (navigation Ordinance)

On reason of § 32 para 2, § 39, paragraph 3, paragraphs 60 to 63, and section 131, paragraph 9 last sentence of ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetzes (after), Federal Law Gazette No 450/1995, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 50/2012, is the shipping plant Decree, Federal Law Gazette II No. 298/2008, like this changed:

1. in the table of contents is the entry to the part 4 and the articles 31 to 40.

2. § eliminates 1 para 3.

3. the heading "part 4 measures to protect of the life and health of workers", as well as the articles 31 to 40 accounts for.

4. paragraph 2 is omitted § 56.

5. in paragraph 59, receives the sales designation (1) the existing text and the following paragraph 2 is added:
