220. Regulation of the Chairman of the Management Board of Austrian Post AG over the week service time and working time of certain categories of staff, which are assigned to the service of the Austrian postal public limited company or a company that has emerged from this society through measures of restructuring in the context of the existing company law, (turn time regulation 2012 - P LC 2012)

On the basis of § 48 para 6 officers Service Act 1979, Federal Law Gazette No. 333, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I Nr. 96/2007, § 16 a salary Act 1956, Federal Law Gazette No. 54 as amended by Federal Law Gazette I Nr. 153/2009 and § 17 a par. 3 postal structure Act 1996, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I Nr. 96/2007, is prescribed:

§ 1 (1) the roster of the handlebar in the area of the carriage of goods of Austrian of post includes an extended week service time in the sense of § 48 para 6 BDG. The extended week service time includes a weekly service hours, longer is BDG week service time allotted to the falling regularly outside of the place of service turnaround times than in section 48, paragraph 2 and paragraph 4.

(2) turnaround time in the sense of paragraph 1 is the time between the arrival at the final destination and the service scheduled departure from this place.

(3) turnaround times, which do not exceed 15 minutes in some cases, are fully as to expected service time. These times are for regulating an extended week stint in the sense of paragraph 1 not taken into consideration.

(4) hours, during which incurred cleaning and maintenance operations, are no turnaround times and allow neither to extend the week service time in the sense of paragraph 1, to the flat-rate remuneration within the meaning of article 2.

(5) outside of the extended week service in the sense of paragraph 1 additional hours of service are made, they should be in accordance with the requirements of § 49 reward BDG.

(6) the Weiter(Rück)Fahrt of the place of destination does not take place on the same day, so the service is over, as soon as the tasks provided for in reaching the destination according to the service plan are concerned.

§ 2. The flat-rate compensation for the extended week stint in the sense of § 1 para 1 shall be as follows:

3. (1) effective this regulation with 1 July 2012.

(2) the regulation of the Federal Government by December 22, 1981 (BGBl. No. 17 / 1982), which extends the service week of certain groups of employees in the area of the postal and Telegraph administration and the regulation of the Federal Minister for public economy and transport on the fixing of flat-rate compensation for extended service plans in the field of the postal and Telegraph Administration (BGBl. No. 471/1991), appear at the end of 30 June 2012 override.
