221. Regulation of the Chairman of the Management Board of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft concerning the fixing of a lump-sum allowance in the parcel delivery service for staff members of the Austrian Post Aktiengesellschaft or an Austrian Post Aktiengesellschaft Companies which have emerged from this company through measures of reformation under the existing company law are assigned to the service (Denomination Parcel Delivery Service Austria 2012)

On the basis of § 19a of the salary law of 1956, BGBl No. 54 in the version BGBl. I n ° 103/2003 in conjunction with Section 15 (2) of the salary law of 1956, BGBl No. 54 in the version BGBl. I n ° 147/2008 and § 17 a (3) of the Postal Structure Act 1996, in the version BGBl. I Nr.96/2007 is being prescribed:

§ 1. (1) The employee employed in the delivery of packages shall receive a piece of money as a repayment for the problems associated with his/her service.

(2) The unit fee shall be:

-

for each successfully delivered package at the moment

10 cents,

these are 0.00422% of the salary level 2 of the service class V (salary level V/2 Österreichische Post AG)

-

for each package with an unsuccessful delivery attempt in accordance with the terms of the Terms and Conditions

5 cents,

these are 0,00211% of the salary level 2 of the service class V (salary level V/2 Österreichische Post AG)

and consequently increases in accordance with the increases in the stated salary level of the salary level 2 of the service class V (salary level V/2 Österreichische Post AG).

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2012.
