226. Regulation of the Federal Minister of economy, family and youth, with the subsidy for eco-electricity is 2012 determined for the calendar year (eco power funding contribution regulation 2012)

Due to section 48 para 2 of the eco-electricity Act 2012 (ÖSG 2012), Federal Law Gazette I no. 75/2011, as last amended by the by-laws Federal Law Gazette I no. 11/2012, is prescribed:

§ 1. 2012 payable eco electricity subsidy is ÖSG by all end users connected to the public network, in accordance with article 48, paragraph 1 for the second half of 2012 with 15.4% of the nationwide average, in accordance with the regulation of the Regulation Commission of E-control, which determines the charges for the use of the system are each power level of payable encompassing - and power pay of loss of (system usage fees regulation 2012 - SNE-VO 2012), Federal Law Gazette II No. 440/2011 , set.

Section 2 (1) for the net remuneration component network use charge (performance) 2012 the following amounts apply for the second half of the year:



1. on the power levels 1 to 3 2,126 euro / kW;

2. at the network level 4 2,752 euro / kW;

3. on the network level 5 2,502 euro / kW;

4. at the network level 6 2,690 euro / kW;

5. at the network level 7 (measured performance) 2,802 euro / kW;

6. at the network level 7 (interruptible) 0 euro/kW;

7. at the network level 7 (inappropriate performance) 0.864 euro / counting point.

(2) 2012 the following amounts apply for the second half of the year for the net remuneration component network use charge (work):



1. on the power levels 1 to 3 0,096 cents / kWh;

2. at the network level 4 0.124 cents / kWh;

3. on the network level 5 0,137 cents / kWh;

4. at the network level 6 0,215 cents / kWh;

5. at the network level 7 (measured performance) 0,340 cent / kWh;

6. at the network level 7 (interruptible) 0.344 cents / kWh;

7. at the network level 7 (inappropriate performance) 0,649 cent / kWh.

(3) 2012 the following amounts apply the net remuneration component network loss charge for the second half of the year:



1. on the power levels 1 to 3 0.019 cents / kWh;

2. at the network level 4 0.024 cents / kWh;

3. on the network level 5 0.023 cents / kWh;

4. at the network level 6 0.038 cents / kWh;

5. at the network level 7 0.059 cents / kWh.

3. (1) effective this regulation with 1 July 2012.

(2) for the temporal scope covered by this regulation, the transfer pricing regulation is 2012, Federal Law Gazette II No. 467/2011, no longer to apply.
