228. Regulation of the Federal Agreement Office in the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection, of a home work rate for the inserting, addressing, adjustable, or packaging of goods through home worker is issued
The Federal Agreement official at the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection is in accordance with article 34, paragraph 1 homework Act 1960, BGBl. No. 105/1961, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 74/2009 authorised, to adopt at the request of a collective agreement-enabled corporate of employee home working rates.
The Federal Agreement official at the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection has adopted following home working rates by order of June 29, 2012, after a Senate hearing:
Home working rates
for inserting, addressing, adjustable or packaging of goods through home worker
(a) space: for the Federal Republic of Austria.
(b) technical: for inserting, addressing, adjustable or packing of goods, as far as this activity in connection with the production, processing or an article be made and are not already governed by an overall contract of work at home or home working rates.
c) personally: for all clients, for which see b) work carried out at home worker deal with.
§ 2. The piece fees employees are in homework after on the 26 March 2012 collective contract for processing paper work, wage table for paper manufacturing workers, to calculate salary group 5, with an hourly wage of €6.62.
§ 3. On the so calculated piece charges you get a Unkosten(Heimarbeits)zuschlag in work at home employees by 10%. This is separately.
Wages at work prevention, holiday allowance, and Weihnachtsremuneration
§ 4. The holiday allowance and the Weihnachtsremuneration are governed as follows according to the collective agreement for the commercial processing paper, completed on 19 November 2002, from this time:
1 the holiday allowance amounts to 4 week merit, i.e. 8%; from the 1st to end of 6th year of service from the 7th year of service 4 1/3 week merits, d.s. 8.67%.
2. the Weihnachtsremuneration is from the 1st to end of 6th year of service 4 week merit, i.e. 8%; from the 7th year of service 4 1/3 week merits, d.s. 8.67%.
3. home worker, which arise during the year in the operation or opt out of the operation, received the aliquot part of the holiday grant and the Weihnachtsremuneration.

§ 5. This homework tariff is valid from April 1, 2012.
