238. Regulation of the E-Control on the price of guarantees of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" 2012 (Exemption Price Regulation 2012, HKN-VO 2012)

On the basis of § 10 paragraph 12 Ökostromgesetz 2012 (ÖSG 2012) BGBl. I No 75/2011, shall be arranged:

§ 1. For the calendar year 2012, the following price shall be determined for the proofs of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" according to § 37 sec. 1 Z 3 ÖSG 2012: 1,5 Euro/MWh.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the customer's decision.
