246. Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft on the adjustment of the salary and allowances for the gem. § 17 (1a) of the Poststructuration Act (PTSG) of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft or GIS fees Info Service GmbH or a subsidiary of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft, which is subject to this law, to the Officials assigned to the service (Post-Bezügeverordnung 2012)

According to § 17a paragraph 3 Z 2 PTSG is ordered:

§ 1. The salaries and allowances of the officials expressed in amounts of money, which are in accordance with the rules of the § 17 para. 1a PTSG of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft or fees Info Service GmbH or a subsidiary of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft, which is subject to this law, are assigned to the service, shall be adjusted on the basis of the collective contractual salary increases agreed on 19 June 2012 as of 1 July 2012 as follows:

The salary and service allowance rates for postal and telecommunications officials (§ § 103 (2) and 5.105 (1) and (4) of the salary law 1956) shall be fixed in accordance with the annex.

2.

The salary and administrative allowance rates for civil servants of the General Administration and civil servants in manual use (Section 118 (3) to (5), 120 of the salary law 1956) are raised to the same extent as in the civil service.

3.

All charges and allowances derived from the salary level 2 of service class V of the general administration officials shall be increased by 3.2%.

§ 2. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the BGBl Regulation will take effect. II No 185/2011.
