59. Federal Law, with which the Breeding Limitation-BVG and the Incompatibility Act are amended

The National Council has decided:

Article I

(Amendment of the Limitation Cap)

(constitutional provision)

The Federal Constitutional Law on the limitation of the references of public officials, BGBl. I No 64/1997, as last amended by the Federal Constitutional Law BGBl. I No 121/2011, amended as follows:

1. § 9 reads as follows:

" § 9. (1) The President of the National Council and the President of the Federal Council shall, on the basis of the notifications pursuant to Section 6 (2) (2) (2) and (3) Unv-Transparency-G, have a public list in which the members of the National Council as well as those of the National Council Federal councils shall be registered with the indication of the legal entity. The sum of the income is to be published according to the categories of § 6 para. 6 Unv-Transparency-G. Income from assets shall not be taken into account.

(2) Paragraph 1 shall apply to Members of the Parliament on the Landtage, with the proviso that the list shall be led by the President of the Landtag in question. "

2. In accordance with § 9, the following § 9a is inserted:

" § 9a. (1) The President of the National Council and the President of the Federal Council have the leading honorary activities reported on the homepage of the Parliament on the basis of the reports pursuant to § § 2 (3a) and 6 (2) (2) Z 3 Unv-Transparency-G published CVs. "

Article II

(Amendment of the Incompatibility Act)

The Federal Act on Incompatibilities for Supreme Institutions and Other Public Officials (Incompatibility Law 1983), BGBl. No 330/1983, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 2/2008, shall be amended as follows:
