253. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the Foreigners Employment Regulation is amended

On the basis of § 1 (4) of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 25/2011, shall be assigned:

The Foreigners Employment Ordinance-AuslBVO, BGBl. N ° 609/1990, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 123/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1 Z 6, the word sequence shall be deleted "Care allowance in accordance with the Federal States ' Nursing Allowance Laws, respectively" .

2. In § 1 Z 14, the word order shall be " Nationals of Australia and New Zealand, who are the 18. Year of life completed and 31. Do not exceed the age of the year " through the phrase " Nationals of Australia, the Republic of Korea and of New Zealand, which is the 18. Year of life completed and the 31. Do not exceed the age of the year " replaced and the phrase " in Australia or in New Zealand " through the phrase "in these States" replaced.
