253. Regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection, modifies the foreign employment regulation

On the basis of § 1 4 of the aliens Employment Act - aliens, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 25/2011, is prescribed:

The foreign employment regulation - AuslBVO, Federal Law Gazette No. 609/1990, as last amended by the regulation BGBl. II No 123/2011, is amended as follows:

1. in article 1, no. 6 is the phrase "nursing allowance according to the nursing allowance laws of the Länder or".

2. § 1 Z 14 replaces the phrase "nationals of Australia and New Zealand reached age 18 and 31 years of age have not exceeded" with the phrase "Nationals from Australia, the Republic of Korea and New Zealand who reached age 18 and age have not exceeded the 31" and the phrase "in Australia or in New Zealand" is replaced by the phrase "in these States".
