60. Federal Act 1992 amends the Paß law

The National Council has decided:

The Federal Act concerning the passport system for Austrian citizens (Passport Act 1992), BGBl. No. 839, last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 135/2009, is amended as follows:

1. in article 5

a) 2 following Z 2a shall be inserted in paragraph 1 after the Z-2 c:



"2a. the President and the Vice Presidents of the Supreme courts, 2 b the President of the Court of Auditors, 2 c."
(the members of the Ombudsman Board,"b) the following paragraph 3 is added:

"(3) the holder of the pass has the service pass after the relevant for the exhibition of the service passport function to reset the issuing authority for cancellation without delay."

2. paragraph 6:

"Diplomatic passports

Diplomatic passports are § 6 (1) be issued for



1. the Federal President, 2. the President of the National Council, the President and the Vice-President of the Federal Council, 3rd, senior members of the Federal Government and the State Secretaries, 4 members of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council, as well as the MEPs elected in Austria, 5. officials of the Federal Ministry for European and international affairs, 6 other officers of higher foreign service with the exception of officials in the retirement , 7 other contract staff of higher foreign service after successfully service inspection, 8 members of the diplomatic staff of Austrian professional representation offices, 9 the Director of coordination office of the Austrian society for development co-operation and Deputy, 10 other people, the Republic of Austria in diplomatic or consular function abroad used by be, 11 persons who are working in a managerial capacity within the framework of international organizations and institutions , if this activity in the foreign policy interests of the Republic of Austria, and 12 the spouse or registered partner of the persons referred to in Nos. 1, 8 and 9, the minor children of the person referred to in Nos. 8 and 9, if they live in the same household with them, as well as other living in the common household family members of persons referred to in Nos. 8 and 9.

3. in article 15, paragraph 4, the quote "Paragraph 2" by the quote will be replaced "para 2 and 2a".

3A. in article 24, paragraph 1 is in Z 1 the word 'or' "used by a comma, in no. 2 after the word" the comma by the word 'or' replaced and then inserted following no. 3:
