67. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the repeal of the word order " by 31. October 2011 " in § 75 para. 16 Asylum Act 2005 by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § § 64 (2) and (65) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 15 June 2012, G 41/12-7, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 10 July 2012, rightly recognized:

" I.

The phrase " no later than 31. October 2011 " in § 75 Abs. 16 AsylG 2005, BGBl. I n ° 100/2005, as amended by the BGBl version. I No 38/2011, is being repealed as unconstitutional.

II.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
