The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 15 June 2012, G 41/12-7, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 10 July 2012, rightly recognized:

The phrase " no later than 31. October 2011 " in § 75 Abs. 16 AsylG 2005, BGBl. I n ° 100/2005, as amended by the BGBl version. I No 38/2011, is being repealed as unconstitutional. |
