70. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of Section 62a (1) of the Pharmacies Act by the Constitutional Court
According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 30 June 2012, G 33 /12-11, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 25 July 2012, rightly recognized:

Section 62a (1) of the German Pharmacies Act, RGBl. No. 5/1907, in the version BGBl. I n ° 41/2006, is being repealed as unconstitutional. |

The repeal shall enter into force on the expiry of 31 December 2013. |

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. " |
