261. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which the Austrian Aero Club jurisdiction regulation (ÖAeC jurisdiction regulation-ÖAeCVO) is amended
On the basis of § 140b of the Aviation Act, BGBl. No. 253/1957, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:
The Regulation on the transfer of responsibilities to the Austrian Aero Club (ÖAeC-jurisdiction Regulation-ÖAeCVO), BGBl. No 394/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 145/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 (1) Z 2 reads:
" 2. |
Exhibition of bills (including the granting of rights associated with such bills as well as the carrying out of assessments) for ultralight pilots, glider pilots, parachutists, outdoor pool drivers and pilots of slopes and/or slopes. Paragliders and motorized slopes or paragliders (§ 1 ZLPV 2006) as well as revocation and subsaiings in relation to these bills (§ 43 of the Aviation Act-LFG), " |
2. § 1 (1) Z 4 reads as follows:
" 4. |
Definition and presentation of publications relating to the notes referred to in Z 2, including the definition and presentation of training content and curricula in accordance with § 44 (3) of the LFG and of civil aviation personnel (ZPH) and Civil Aviation Staff Instructions (ZPA) pursuant to § 1b ZLPV 2006, " |
(3) In § 1 (1) (1) (10), after the phrase "in each case for civil aviation schools for" the word "ultralight piloting" and then put a paint on it.
4. The following paragraph 9 is added to § 9:
" (9) § 1 (1) Z 2, Z 4 and Z 10 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 261/2012 will enter into force on 15 September 2012. "
