The Federal Act on the Establishment of a Fund for the Promotion of the Contributions of the Self-Employed Artists to the Social Security (Künstler-Social Security Fund Act-K-SVFG) and the Federal Law of 9 December 1981 on the contribution of the Art Promotion Act (Art Promotion Law 1981)

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the Federal Law on the Establishment of a Fund to promote the contributions of self-employed artists to statutory social insurance (Künstler-Social Security Fund Act-K-SVFG)

The Federal Act on the Establishment of a Fund for the Promotion of the Contributions of the Self-employed Artists to the statutory Social Security (Künstler-Social Security Fund Act-K-SVFG), BGBl. I n ° 131/2000, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 92/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 17 (7).

(2) The following paragraph 6 is added to § 30:

" (6) Section 17 (7) shall enter into force at the beginning of the first paragraph. Jänner 2008 out of force. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Federal Law of 9 December 1981 on the contribution of the Art Promotion Act (Art Promotion Law)

The Federal Law on the Promotion of Art (Art Promotion Law 1981), BGBl. No 573/1981, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 34/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1, Section 1, Z 2, the number shall be: "0.25 Euro" by the number "0,20 Euro" replaced.

2. In Section 1, Section 1, Z 3, the number shall be: "8.72" by the number "6.00" replaced.

3. The following paragraph 6 is added to § 6:

" (6) The amendment to § 1 (1) (1) (2) and (3) shall be amended by 1. January 2013 in force and with the expiry of the 31 December 2017. An evaluation of the impact of the change has to take place until 31 December 2016. "
