74. Federal Law, with which the University of Applied Sciences Law, BGBl. No 340/1993, as last amended by BGBl. I No 74/2011, amended

The National Council has decided:

The University of Applied Sciences Law, BGBl. No 340/1993, as last amended by
BGBl. I No 74/2011, is amended as follows:

Section 27 (7) of the FHStG shall be added to the following sentences:

" Lines and substitutes of the lines of colleges of applied sciences, which according to § 16 FHStG (German Federal Law Gazette) in the version BGBl. I n ° 2/2008 have been elected and their functional periods have not expired on 1 September 2012, remain in their functions and carry out the management and deputy management of the College according to § 10 FHStG, provided that they are provided by the other members of the college who were elected pursuant to Section 10 (2) of the FHStG (German FHStG). If no confirmation is given, the management and the deputy of the management shall perform their functions until a new line and a new deputy of the management are elected. "
