272. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) amending the large credit reporting regulation

Due to § 75 (6) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:

The Large Credit Notification Regulation-GKM-V, BGBl. II No 475/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 64/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (1a) reads:

"(1a) Parent credit institutions subject to reporting and the central organisation of a credit institution shall be obliged to report to the Oesterreichische Nationalbank under the condition of Section 75 (1a) of the Federal Elections Act (BWG) the large-scale credit notification in accordance with Article 2 (4) of the Federal Republic of Germany."

2. § 2 (4) reads:

" (4) Parent credit institutions and the central organisation of a credit institution-association shall have the large credit notification in accordance with Article 75 (1a) of the BWG in accordance with the Appendix 4 "

3. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 14:

" (3) § 1 (1a) and § 2 (4) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 272/2012 are to be applied for the first time to reports on the reporting date of 30 September 2012.
