278. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, which amalgles the Act on the Law of Power-Implementing Regulation 1967 (58). Novelle to the KDV 1967)

Due to the Kraftfahrgesetz 1967, BGBl. No. 267, as last amended by the Federal Law, BGBl. I No 50/2012, shall be arranged:

The law on force driving-Implementing Regulation 1967, BGBl. No 399, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 432/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 4 (7) the references "ÖNORM V5117 December 2004" in each case by the references "ÖNORM V5117 September 2007" replaced.

2. In § 20 paragraph 2 Z 3 is inserted after the second sentence:

" If the applicant is authorized in accordance with § 30a (8) of the KFG in 1967 to enter approval data into the approval database, these types of models must be created with the system by means of which the approval data into the approval database are entered. "

3. The following is added to section 22d (6):

" For vehicles which are subject to Regulation (EU) No 183/2011 amending Annexes IV and VI to Directive 2007 /46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers , as well as systems, components and separate technical units intended for these vehicles (Framework Directive) (OJ L 196, 27.7.2005 OJ L 53 of 26 February 2011, S 4), the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 183/2011 shall apply. "

4. § 66 (1) (4a) is deleted.

5. In accordance with § 70 (13), the following paragraph 14 is added:

" (14) The amendments by the Regulation, BGBl. II No 278/2012 shall enter into force as follows:

1.		Annex 5d in the version BGBl. II No 278/2012 with 1 September 2012;
2.		Appendix 4, Note 20 in the version BGBl. II No 278/2012 with 1. Jänner 2013;
3.		Appendix 4, line 252 and Appendix 4 Table for the types of construction, in each case in the version BGBl. II No 278/2012 with 1 February 2013. "

6. In Appendix 1, Table III, Z 4, the entry in the column shall be: "measured by" :

"2000/25/EC idF 2011 /72/EU and 2011 /87/EU Annex I (in g/kWh) or 97 /68/EC idF 2011 /88/EU Annex III (in g/kWh)"

7. In Annex 1, Table III, the following shall be added to Z 4.3:

"For tractors of classes T2, T4.1 and C2, the above mentioned reference dates shall be shifted by three years."

9. In Appendix 3j, row no. 6 (door latches and hinges), column "Required tests, exceptions" is the last sentence:

"The requirements in point 3.4.1 do not have to be complied with if the conformity with point 6.1.5.4 of the ECE Regulation 11.03 is proved"

11. In Appendix 4, footnote 20 are the lit. c and the last sentence:

" (c)			in the case of vehicles which have both an internal combustion engine and an electric motor (electric hybrid vehicles), the rated power of the internal combustion engine in the heading "rated power combustion engine in kW" (line 244), the power of the engine Electric motor in the category "nominal power electric motor in kW" (line 245), in the category "rated power in kW" (line 102), the nominal power of the internal combustion engine is indicated.
		In the case of internal combustion engines which, in the case of operation with different fuels, have different nominal power levels, the nominal power for the fuel shall be indicated which gives the highest rated power. "

12. In Appendix 4, the following note 21 shall be inserted after note 20:
