On the basis of § § 1 and 3 of the compulsory school-leaving examination law, BGBl. I No 72/2012, shall be arranged:
Scope and content of the examination areas
§ 1. (1) This Regulation lays down in the Annex The scope and content of the following examination areas of the compulsory school-leaving examination:

(2) The individual examination areas referred to in paragraph 1 shall be subject to educational and teaching tasks, as well as the teaching materials of the teaching curriculum of the New Middle School curriculum in accordance with Annex 1 to the Regulation on the curricula of the New Middle School, BGBl. II no. 185/2012, and the curriculum of the Polytechnic School (on the 8th of the year). School level) according to the annex to the regulation on the curriculum of the Polytechnic School, BGBl. (3) The educational and teaching tasks of the curricula associated with the examination areas form the basis of the compulsory school final examination, as described in the following, by the teaching in the New Middle School or in the Polytechnic School (on 8. School level) The pupils to be provided with the skills to be provided with the examination candidates of the compulsory school-leaving examination are to be accepted as given.
(4) The teaching materials of the curriculum assigned to the examination areas form the examination material. Proof of the fulfilment of the competence requirements is confirmed by the assumption of the presence of the competences covered by the relevant examination area in accordance with paragraph 3.
Examination areas relevant for inclusion in middle and higher schools
§ 2. The successful completion of the following examination areas in accordance with § 3 (1) Z 4 of the compulsory school leaving examination law (examination areas after the election of the examination candidate or the examination candidate) is a prerequisite for the admission to the following middle and higher schools:

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2012.
