289. Regulation of the Chairman of the Management Board of Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft concerning the assignment of the uses of the officials, the Austrian Post Aktiengesellschaft or a company, which is carried out by measures of the spin-off in the framework of the Austrian Post Office of the existing company law from this company, are assigned to the service, to use and service allowance groups (Post-Allocation Regulation 2012-P-ZV 2012)
On the basis of Section 229 (3) of the Official Services Act 1979 and Section 17a (3) of the Postal Structure Act 1996, both of which are in force in the current version, the following is hereby prescribed:
Assignment of functions and uses
§ 1. In the case of officials who are assigned to the Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft or a company which has emerged from this company by means of the re-establishment of the company within the framework of the existing company law, in the Possible functions and uses are assigned to the following use and service allowance groups:

§ 2. (1) The number of points of the post offices listed in § 1 and their breakdown are the sum of the respective systemised workstations (system level), converted into points, and the not related to the system level of the post offices Full-year full workplaces.

Criteria for the establishment of the use of "main cashier"
§ 3. (1) Hauptkassa is the establishment of a post office, which accounts for the overall birth rate with the accounting officer of the higher-ranking service.
(2) A main cashier is only to be set up at post office I class and at post offices II. Class, 1.Step with more than 90 points. In the case of the latter, at least two other annual full-time jobs must also be systemised exclusively for the money-switching service.
Criteria for the establishment of the "Umleitdienst"
§ 4. The diversion service referred to in § 1 shall only be established if such use is to be carried out on a regular basis on a regular basis, that is to say that, according to the system, there is no other service plan to a significant extent on the basis of the service plan. A supervisory organ is provided.
Section 4a is omitted.
Criteria for the establishment of the use of "Letter delivery service in a sliding-time conversion model"
§ 4b. The "Letter delivery service in a sliding-time conversion model" referred to in § 1 shall be established only for as long as this activity is carried out on the basis of a sliding-time conversion model and does not contain a paid break, i.e. if: the jobs in job description, working time arrangements and working quantity are so dimensioned that they meet the criteria mentioned above. With the date of the sliding-time calculation model, the jobs are to be set up immediately in the uses '0801', '0802' or '0805'-depending on the job description.
The simultaneous connection of an operating special supplement (effort and weight part) is excluded.

Final provisions
§ 6. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2012.
