291. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the Labour Market Regulation is amended

On the basis of § 24 para. 1 of the Labour Market Service Act, BGBl. No. 313/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 122/2011, shall be arranged:

The Labour Market Control Regulation-AMSprV, BGBl. No 928/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 396/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 4 para. 2 Z 1 reads:

" 1.		Labour market service Vienna Esteplatz, for the districts 1/3/4 with the Fachzentrum Bank/insurance/EDV/Immobilien; "

2. § 4 para. 2 Z 3 reads:

" 3.		Labour market service Vienna Redergasse, for the districts 5/6/7/8 with the specialist centre for retail trade; "

3. § 4 para. 2 Z 4 reads:

" 4.		Labour Market Service Vienna Currency Belt, for the districts of 9/19 with the Specialist Centre for Health/Social Affairs; "

4. In accordance with § 4 (2) Z 5, the following Z 5a is inserted:

" 5a.		Labour market service Vienna Hauffgasse for the 11. District with the Law/Consultative/Cultural Centre; "

5. § 4 para. 2 Z 7 reads:

" 7.		Labour Market Service Vienna Hietzinger Kai, for the districts 13/14 with the Fachzentrum Tourism; "

6. In accordance with § 4 (2) Z 7 the following Z 7a is inserted:

" 7a.		Labour Market Service Vienna Johnstraße, for the 15. District with the Department of Education/Education/Public Administration; "

7. In accordance with § 12, the following § 13 is added:

" § 13. (1) § 4 (2) (4), (7) and (7a) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 291/2012 is 29. October 2012, in force.

(2) § 4 (2) (1), (3) and (5a) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 291/2012 will enter into force on 26 November 2012. "
