295. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, with which the Regulation on the fulfilment of the 9th School year of general compulsory schooling by children in need of special education

On the basis of the provisions of the Schulpflichtgesetz 1985, BGBl. No. 76/1985, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, in particular § § 8 and 8a, as well as of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2012, and in particular Article 24 thereof, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Ministry of Education on the fulfilment of the 9. School year of general compulsory schooling by children in need of special education, BGBl. No 199/1966, shall expire on 31 August 2012.
