88. Revocation by the Federal Chancellor of the repeal of Note 1a to the Law of the Constitutional Court by the Constitutional Court 2 and 3 of the Law on Law

According to Art. 140 (5), (6) and (7) B-VG, and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 30 June 2012, G 14 /12-10, G 30 /12-10, G 42 /12-09, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 28 August 2012, rightly recognized:

" I.

Note 1a to subheading 2 and note 1a to collective agreement 3 of the Federal Law of 27 November 1984 on judicial and judicial administrative charges (court fees law-GGG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 501 in the version of BGBl. I n ° 29/2010 are repealed as unconstitutional.

II.

The repeal shall enter into force on 30 June 2013.

III.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
