129. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
According to the UN Secretary-General's notice, on 23 June 2011, Nauru adopted his instrument of accession to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (BGBl. No 443/1982, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III, No 91/2009).
In addition, the following States shall have the following states on the occasion of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or Instrument of accession declared reservations or , in part or in whole:
Bahamas:
On 25 February 2011, the Government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations of its decision to take account of the reservation made on the occasion of accession. 1 Article 16 (1) (lit). h withdraw.
Malaysia:
On 19 July 2010, the Government of Malaysia informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations of its decision to withdraw the reservations made at the time of accession. 2 Article 5 lit. a, Art. 7 lit. b and Art. 16 (2).
Maldives:
On 31 March 2010, the Government of the Republic of Maldives informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations of its decision to take account of the reservation made on the occasion of accession. 3 to Art. 7 lit. a to withdraw.
Morocco:
On 8 April 2011, the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations of its decision to take account of the reservations made at the time of accession. 1 on Article 9 (2) and (16).
Singapore:
On 30 June 2011, the Singapore Government notified the Secretary-General of the United Nations of its decision to withdraw the reservations made at the time of accession. 4 Article 2 and Article 16 shall be withdrawn.
Thailand:
The Government of Thailand informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations of its decision on 18 July 2012, the reservation made at the time of accession. 5 to Article 16.
