305. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, amending the Regulation on pupil contributions to higher agricultural and forestry teaching institutions

On the basis of § 4 (3) of the Federal Law on Agriculture and Forestry, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 175/1966, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry on the student contributions to higher agricultural and forestry teaching institutions, BGBl. No 393/1989, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 296/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. The title of the Regulation shall be followed by the following: "of 17 July 1989" through the turn "Environment and Water Management" replaced.

2. In the title of § 5, the term " ", entry into force" .

3. § 5 (1) reads:

"(1) One point of the student home contribution laid down in this Regulation is equivalent to an amount of EUR 1.316."

4. The title shall be § 6 "Entry into force" .

5. The text of § 6 shall become the sales designation "(1)" , the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) The title, the title to § 5, § 5 (1), the title to § 6 and the sales designation of Section 6 (1) in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No. 305/2012 shall enter into force at the end of the day in which they are held in the Federal Law Gazans. "
