312. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the use of redeeming gifts of divested honorary gifts (honorary decree ordinance)

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333/1979, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 87/2012, and Section 5 of the Contract Law Act 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 86/1948, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 35/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. Proceeds from the divestments of honorary gifts that have been handed over to staff in the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology are to be alleviated after consultation with the relevant personnel representative body. to be used by emergency situations in which staff members in the area of the relevant service authority are not in fault.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force with the day following the presentation.
