314. Federal Minister for Defence and Sport Ordinance on the Deactivation of War Material (War Material Deactivation Ordinance-KM-DeaktV)

Due to § 42b Section 2 of the Arms Act 1996 (WaffG), BGBl. I n ° 12/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 63/2012, is to be arranged in agreement with the Federal Minister for the Interior:

Deactivation

§ 1. As a war material according to § 1 Art. I Z 1 lit. a and b of the Federal Government's Ordination of 22 November 1977 on war material, BGBl. No. 624/1977, guns to be seen as well as runs and closures in accordance with § 1 Art. I Z 1 lit. c of this Regulation shall be deemed to be disabled within the meaning of Section 42b of the German Act on the Weapons of Weapons, if these objects are Appendix 1 Rebuilt and with a corresponding deactivation badge after the Appendix 2 , have been identified.

§ 2. (1) The respective deactivation mark for items in accordance with § 1 shall be derived from a combination of Latin letters and Arabic numerals after Z 1 of the Federal Minister for National Defence and Sport. Appendix 2 , which shall clearly identify the authorised trader in accordance with Section 42b (3) of the German Armed Law (WaffG). In the cases of identification by specially trained professional bodies from the Federal Minister for National Defence and Sport, the corresponding deactivation code after Z 2 of the Federal Minister for Defence and Sport is the Appendix 2 .

(2) The deactivation marking (stamp) has to be carried out by means of a striking stamp, a rolling stamp or a laser engraving with a corresponding depth of stoving, which has a clear visibility, and is on the running, closure and housing in each case. to be visible in the visible position.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. October 2012, in force.
