318. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, which extends the ban on the placing on the market of genetically modified oilseed rape from the GT73 oil rapeseed line in Austria for a further three years

On the basis of § 60 (1) of the German Genetic Engineering Act-GTG, BGBl. N ° 510/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, and by the Federal Ministries Act of 2009, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 3/2009, shall be ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Health and Women, which prohibits the placing on the market of genetically modified oilseed rape from the GT73 oil rapeseed line in Austria, and the regulation prohibiting the placing on the market of genetically modified organisms (genetically modified organisms) modified maize BT 176, BGBl. II No 157/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 307/2010, shall be amended as follows:

§ 2 reads:

" § 2. This Regulation shall expire on the expiry of 30 November 2015. '
